Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
It's been 100 years since the end of WW1. Nearly 900,000 brave men and women of the British Armed Forces died as a result of this single major conflict. Since 1918, there have been an additional 26 major conflicts which the British Armed Forces have been involved in and have sustained casualties throughout. Over 1,277,000 lives lost in total.
The 27 Heroes event will pay tribute to all the brave men and women who have sacrificed so much so that we can enjoy the freedoms we have. It will also raise funds for Help for Heroes.
I will be doing alongside some other crazy fools all 27 British Hero WOD’s (wod see; workout of the day) over the weekend. 3 on Friday 12 on Saturday 12 on Sunday .
Some suffering will be involved... but raising funds for a very worthy cause it will be worth it!
