I'm cycling with the MarkLogic team from our London office to our Paris office - 200 miles (320km) over three days in September to raise money for Demelza, a charity that provides hospice care for children.  This charity is close to my heart as it has helped support Ella, my niece, who has a rare epilepsy condition.
