I've recently decided to join some of my co-workers in the goal of running a 10K this September to help support the Leicester Tigers Foundation.

The Leicester Tigers Foundation is at the heart of the local community and uses the power of sports and rugby to educate, motivate and inspire a positive future for all. The Foundation uses the Leicester Tigers brand to deliver community focused programs including our Wheelchair Rugby team which has recently been crowned BT Super Series Division One Champions!

For those that know me well, I've faced my own set back this year after injuring my right knee in the first match of the rugby season back in September. Since then I have undergone surgery and I am currently rehabbing my knee with the intent to use this 10K as motivation to get me back in shape and back on the rugby pitch at the start of next season!

I would much appreciate your support of this great cause and also of me in my endeavor to run a 10K. Me and my co-workers have been partaking in something we call Fit-Staff, twice a week to try and get more active while preparing for this run. Any and all donations are much appreciated, including any from my rugby friends back in America reading this!
