Hi folks,
All done. went remarkably smoothly only 1 puncture for the whole group in the two days. Brilliant weather on a fantastic route - well done Mick. The heat was tough and it really helped knowing we were being well supported.

Mitchells' do loads for local charities and having trained with them last year I thought I would go one step further.
I haven't done a ride for charity since Lands End to John O'Groats in 2014, really enjoying the training again especially having a good cause to focus the mind. Any support you can give me will help get me through those tough times on the ride when the body is telling me to give it up!

Stick 'n' Step is a Wirral based charity, supporting children with cerebral palsy. With no statutory funding at all Stick 'n' Step relies totally on charitable donations and fundraising events like ours. Cerebral palsy limits mobility, speech and confidence but doesn't reduce life expectancy or intelligence so with the help of Stick 'n' Step's Conductive Education programme affected children can improve their mobility, confidence and independence.
Please dig deep and help us help those that benefit from this special and much needed programme.
