This will be my first multi-day Cycling Tour and it will be tough and unforgiving. The ride will allow me to cycle through some of the UK's most beautiful and scenic parks in both England and Wales, including Breacon Beacons, Snowdonia and Peak District.

The 500mile will be a big achievement, as I am currently in my training routine building up from 20/30 mile rides, so I can average 90miles a day over some of the steepest hills in the country.
