I am cycling from the Olympic Velodome in London to Ajax FC's football stadium in Amsterdam, as part of the St Albans City FC contingent of the Football Associations Prostate Cancer UK 2018 challenge. We'll be cycling to Harwich, ferrying across the North Sea and finishing  the 145 mile cycle with a well earnt rest

Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men. It's a disease which kills one man every 45 minutes - that's two men during a football match. This is simply not acceptable but Prostate Cancer UK knows that with your help we can turn it around. Time is against us but now is the time to take action, to make this a disease the next gereation need not fear
