RJ Power Networks are taking part in Rough Runner 2018 to raise money for Mount Vernons Cancer Centre.

Two of our team members had a loved one who visited Mount Vernon Cancer Centre, which became a very big part of the whole family’s life. They witness first hand all the dedication from the chemo nurses, consultant and secretaries who supported Sue and the family
throughout.

Mount Vernon needs funds to continue their care and research into cancer, so that they can move further towards new treatments and ways of living with this disease. All the research, dedication, and support often goes unnoticed from these amazing centers, so, RJ Power Networks would like to raise money and awareness in loving memory of Sue and her courageous fight against cancer, but also for all of the people who work at Mount Vernon coordinating patients care and providing family’s, like Tom and Matts, with as much quality time with their loved ones as possible.

How are we going to raise the money?

The RJ Power Networks team are taking part in Rough Runner September 2018, which is a 5k run that includes obstacles like the famous TV show, Total Wipe Out. We will definitely get some
spectacular photos of the Networks Team taking on the Rough Runner course!

It will be challenging, but most importantly a fun way to raise money for Mount Vernon and St. Lukes (please see our other just giving page to read the full story for St. Lukes https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/rjp-networks ), and we are very proud of our team coming together to support Kim, Tom and Matt in such a memorable way.
