10k will be the furthest I have ever ran in one go!  I am going to do it to fund raise for Norwich City Community Sports and achieve a personal goal.

Norwich city community sports foundation help over 38,000 people every year to achieve their goals. They support schools, early years and provide opportunities for  children and adults with disabilities.

Children need to be physical and  being involved with any form of sport is the best way to encourage society to be fit, happy and healthy.

With the increase in mental health issues  and anti social behavior I feel i need to be supporting Norwich city community sports foundation as it provides lots of opportunities and support which could transform lives for many.

Every penny counts and can make a big difference

I will make 10k around Norwich with the sure determination in me and it will be a great satisfaction in making a contribution to my community.
