We are three women who have never done a Triathlon before- brought together by the love of our friends Miranda and Roy and their son Joseph who was tragically killed in November last year. Joseph was a keen supporter of The Dominic Beer Memorial Trust (soon to be renamed the Beer-Harris Memorial Trust in his honour). He was a Trustee and fundraiser for the charity that helps people suffering from severe mental illness. Joseph brought love and compassion to many, including people suffering from mental illness. He was a great athlete and he used his skills, his health and his energy to help others and we want to follow his example and give something back to people who have had so much taken away from them.
