In memory of Joe Harris
We support projects and facilitate research to promote mental health

Story

In November 2017 Joe Harris tragically passed away whilst doing charity work in South Africa.

I started playing lacrosse at the same time as Jarris and he would always put a smile on your face, and was and will be loved and missed by all of Warwick Lacrosse.

The Dominic Beer Memorial Trust was created in memory of Jarris' Uncle and he himself was a patron. It supports research and community projects to give hope to people with mental illness.

Jarris was passionate triathlete which is why members of Jarris' family and friends as well as Warwick Lacrosse and myself will be running the Stratford Triathlon in April in his memory.

About the charity

Inspired by the lives of Dr Dominic Beer and Joseph Harris we fund raise to support community projects, raise awareness and facilitate research in order to promote improved mental health in two groups of people: adults suffering from Severe and Enduring Mental Illness and young adults
