On the 8th April I'll be joining University of Sheffield team running the 2018 Sheffield Half Marathon raising money for a life-changing project. 

We are working to raise £2 million to establish a ground-breaking MRI-PET facility. MRI-PET is the most advanced imaging technology to date. It will transform our understanding of serious conditions like cancer, dementia, heart and lung diseases, MND, Parkinson's and stroke and the way we treat them in the future. This will be the first facility of its kind in Yorkshire and a vital investment in the health of people in this region, across the UK and beyond.

We've already surpassed the £1 million mark and the 50 strong team are hoping to make a massive contribution to nudge us closer to our £2 million target.
