As some of you know I am running every day in January. This started off as a personal challenge to help me with stress and mental health. It has been MUCH harder than I initially thought but then the lovely Beth suggested if I can make it to 100K then I join the ‘Out run Rett’ challenge. So It’s just £1 for every 1K that I run. I hope that I have inspired and impressed people enough to donate to this fabulous charity to help all the girls who can’t run in my place.
