This summer will mark the third year that I've been struggling to live with Ulcerative Colitis, a horrible disease in which my immune system attacks my intestines, making them next to useless at times.

Thankfully however, due to the amazing work and research of Chrohns and Colitis UK, people like me can almost have a normal life with the right treatment. However there is still no cure and for some people life changing surgery is the only option. 

Therefore I shall be running 4 mud runs throughout the year to raise as much money as I can to help them continue their great work. Last year I completed just 1 run and it was the hardest day of my life, so this year I've naturally decided to do 4...

The dates and lengths are at follows: 20th May, 12km and I'll be running with Bobby Curley. 8th September (midday) as many 5km laps at possible in two hour on my own. 8th September (night time) same as the last one but this time in the dark and once again with Bobby. 3rd November 7km
