Taking on this challenge for a good friend who has become such an inspiration to me and many others. If he can run half marathons, cycle the Leeds to Liverpool canal and be overall a complete trooper- I can do this.

I love spinning, but I most definitely wont find it easy to go every single day for a full year, so I really really need your support here.
