We provide mental health treatment to veterans from every service and conflict
Story
Hi there,
2017 was a challenging year for me, early on I was diagnosed with PTSD. Shortly afterwards my marriage fell apart and I was asked to leave the family home.
Fortunately I was lucky enough to receive some excellent professional help, and had a great family, work and social network to support me. During this period I met a very special person, her son recently had brain surgery to control his Epilepsy and both of these people have been an inspiration to me.
If they can cope with everything they have, then so can I.
Thankfully I'm on the mend, and feeling a lot better, so its time to give something back! Im acutely aware that not everyone is as lucky as I have been so I would like to raise a bit of money and awareness for bothCombat StressandYoung Epilepsy by running 1000 miles during 2018, and would appreciate your moral and financial support.
