As part of my commitment to raise money for Carlisle Support Services chosen charity, I have decided to do something that with the exception of a couple of recent lame attempts, I haven't done for at least 10 years, I am going to play golf. Now that may sound easy but the catch is myself and colleague Adrian Canale are going to play from 0630 to about 1930 none stop come rain or shine and most likely the former.

The event will take place on Tuesday 17th October at Bedford and County Golf Club in Bedfordshire, so no doubt at least I will win the longest drive as having to travel from home in Liverpool.
