It's that time of year again when I am going to take on the challenge of riding my bike for 4 days from Ghent to Amsterdam, this is taking place at the end of this month.. This year I am raising funds for Add+ Up,
Add+up stands for "Attention Deficit Disorders: Uniting Parents". Who are a registered charity, support and action group run by parents of children with ADHD , not only does it support the children but it also fantastically supports the parents too.  My friend John Russell and his wife Ellen were able to seek advice and support from the group when both their children were diagnosed with ADHD and ASD. The organisation helped with the understanding of how these difficulties affected the children’s day to day approach to the world. Add+ Up not only arranges days out for the family’s BUT sort training with professionals and parents with a lifetime of experience. The
organisation is not Government funded and runs 100% on charity.
