On the 16th September, I will be taking part in a Mud Run for an amazing charity called Centrepoint. This is a 5K run with several obstacles and lots of mud!!! Please help me raise money for this charity, any amount will be greatly appreciated 😊

Thousands of young people sleep rough every night - in parks, stairwells, under bridges and worse, they spending the night on buses, on sofas or in the homes of strangers. They're escaping abuse, violence, gangs and fear. Many are homeless because they can't live with their family, or they have no family. More than 150,000 young people ask for help with homelessness every-year and Centrepoint helps a large majority of these individuals.

Centrepoint is the UK's leading charity for homeless young people, together with their partners, they support 9,200 young people every year. They help 16-25-year olds into a safe place to live, give them a health assessment and plan support for their individual mental and physical health needs. We start them on a path to more independence and a job.
