Story
So, most of my friends will know i don't do cardio or fitness other than picking heavy stuff up, so this will be pretty brutal, but to me, isn't thst the point when raising money?
With my pain in mind, how about a few quid to go towards funding day activity equipment or days out for adults with learning disabilities, i set a low target as there are 5 of us doing this so together it should crack £500 which would be fantastic!!
