Two years ago, friends of ours received the devastating news that their son, Brandon, had leukaemia.  Now aged 9, Brandon faces one final year of treatment.

Since Brandon's diagnosis, the Balaam family have been given invaluable support from CLIC Sargent.  In return, Brandon has selflessly raised over £8,000 for the charity.  I would like to contribute by doing the 100 mile bike ride in aid of Brandon's quest to reach his target of £10,000.

Bidwells, the property company I work for in Cambridge, is organising the challenge which will take place over the course of one day.  I am an amateur cyclist, and I have enjoyed my training so far on the bike that my husband, Kevin kindly bought for me for my birthday only a few weeks ago.
