I only had the pleasure of meeting Harvey a few times through mutual friends...but could tell what a joker he was.

My wife Kate knew Harvey from the old Mason's days watching him and the boys playing in Small Town Motion and tells me what a friendly, fun loving man he was and how he was always up for a laugh.

I am running the 10k in memory of Harvey as I know how much he meant to so many people close to me.

I also want to raise money and awareness for the Samaritans to support the work they do particularly to encourage men to talk about depression and find the help and support they need.
