I know there are a lot of sponsored events around at the moment but I would really appreciate your support...even if it's just a couple of quid! 

I will be completing a 100k charity cycle ride around London on Friday 8th September as part of the Barclays Wheels For Change event. All proceeds will go to The Prince's Trust.
