On July the 9th I will be running the Leeds 10k. I am asking you to be generous and donate whatever you can to PennyAppeal as sponsorship. This is in aid of their programme to provide meals for the hungry in the 30 crisis-hit countries they operate in around the world. 

£1 will provide one nutritious meal to somebody who needs it. With your generous help, I am aiming to provide 150 meals for the hungry! No matter how small your donation, it will make a difference.
