Along with a team of 18 cyclists from HTA I will be riding 100 miles next Sunday 30^th July through London and Surrey to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital.  My daily commute is 3 and a half miles so 100 miles is about a month’s cycling in one go, in other words, painful!  It’s in aid of Great Ormond Street to contribute to their work treating children and their families in very challenging circumstances.  The money raised will help

*   Rebuild and refurbish wards and medical facilities designed
around children, and which let the hospital treat more patients.

*   Fund pioneering research to tackle complex childhood illnesses.

*   Pay for the most advanced equipment for treating the toughest and
rarest conditions.

*   Fund services that help make life in hospital as normal as
possible for young patients and their families.

Any support would be fantastic.  As a team we hope to raise £15,000.
