On Saturday 17th June I'm challenging myself to take on the Brecon Beacons 4 Peak Challenge. This is going to be the most physically enduring activity I'll have taken part in before (aside from maybe those hot wings I had to sign a disclaimer for before eating).

Personally, it's a big challenge and one I'm really looking forward to and I'm so grateful for any support you can offer.

I'm doing this through the company I work for, Benefex, with all donations going to our 2017 charity, The Society of St. James and you can read more info about them and the work they do below.

Any amount will make a big difference to me personally and I'll be thinking about the donations as I'm clambering over hills, trying not to break leg. Plus, if it all goes terribly wrong you'll get to create some memes of me being airlifted to hospital!
