On July 17th I'll be dipping more than just a toe in the Solent and swimming 3 miles across to The Isle of Wight to raise money for The Ian Pratt MND (Motor Neurone Disease) Charity which aims to raise awareness, support people living with MND and to also support the research carried out by Professer Shaw at SITran in Sheffield.

We'll each have a support crew alongside us as we cross this busy stretch of water and hopefully a hot tea + strong mouth wash awaiting us when we land :-)
