Story

Our lovely team member Tanja was planning on walking a mind boggling 100km in 24 hours for SameYou. When this was cancelled she was quite upset, and still wanted to raise crucial funds to support brain injury recovery. So, we took it upon ourselves to design a virtual trek across the Andes to make up for it. This is for you Tanja!

- The Inca Challenge -

Our challenge to you is to walk, hike, run, cycle or swim the length of the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu - that's 26 miles. And Emilia Clarke and the SameYou team will be kicking it off! Check out our progress below.

- SameYou -

We have responded to the Covid-19 pandemic by co-ordinating with brain injury recovery specialists in the UK and USA to develop and deliver online therapies and support for brain injury survivors in lockdown. Watch our video about N-ROL, the online rehabilitation service for brain injury our supporters have helped fund.

1 in 3 people will have an Acquired Brain Injury at some point in their lives - this is hardly ever talked about and survivors often face stigma. SameYou wants to change this. We are working to break the silence around brain injury and help give people the best possible chance of recovery after leaving hospital. Any donation would help and would be really appreciated.
